At Grand Discount Furniture, we are committed to getting your new home pieces to you safely and efficiently. We offer specialized local delivery for our Houston neighbors and professional freight shipping for our customers across the United States.
1. Delivery Rates

Houston & Surrounding Areas: $75.00 flat rate professional delivery.

Outside of Texas (Continental U.S.): $299.00 flat rate shipping.

Note: Shipping rates for orders within Texas (but outside the Houston area) will be calculated at checkout based on distance.
2. Delivery Timelines

Local Houston Delivery: We offer Same-Day Delivery for in-stock items ordered before [Insert Time, e.g., 12:00 PM]. Standard local delivery typically occurs within 1–3 business days.

Nationwide Shipping (Outside Texas): Orders shipped outside of Texas generally arrive within 2–3 weeks. This timeframe allows for professional packing and secure transit to ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition.
3. Local Houston "Same-Day" Option
To qualify for same-day delivery:

The delivery address must be within our designated Houston service radius.

4. White Glove Service & Assembly
All deliveries—both local and nationwide—include our professional handling.

Local Deliveries: Include full assembly and room-of-choice placement.

Nationwide Deliveries: For orders outside of Texas, our $299 rate covers secure curbside or threshold delivery. If you require full in-home assembly for long-distance shipping, please contact us for a custom quote.
5. Scheduling Your Delivery
Once your order is processed, our logistics team will contact you via phone or email to schedule a delivery window.

Tracking: For nationwide orders, you will receive a tracking number once your furniture has been picked up by the freight carrier.

Arrival: An adult (18+) must be present at the time of delivery to inspect the furniture and sign the delivery receipt.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change your delivery address or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once an item has been dispatched to a carrier for a 2-3 week shipment, rerouting fees may apply.
