Return & Exchange Policy

At Grand Discount Furniture, we take pride in our White Glove Delivery service. Because this service includes professional handling, assembly, and inspection, our return policy is designed to address issues at the time of delivery.

1. Inspection at Time of Delivery (The "Golden Rule")

Our White Glove team will unpack and assemble your furniture in the room of your choice.

  • Your Responsibility: You must thoroughly inspect each item before the delivery team departs.

  • If you find damage: You must note the damage on the delivery receipt and refuse the item immediately. We will take it back at no cost to you and arrange for a replacement or repair.

2. 48-Hour Reporting Window

If you discover a manufacturer defect that was not visible during the initial White Glove inspection, you must report it to us at 832-288-0326 or grandiscountfurniture@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide clear photos of the defect and your order number.

  • Claims made after 48 hours are subject to manufacturer warranty terms and may not be eligible for a full return.

3. Returns After Acceptance

If you decide to return an item for "Remorse" (e.g., you changed your mind, or it doesn't fit the space) after you have signed the delivery receipt and the team has left:

  • Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

  • Service Fees: Original White Glove Delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of professional disassembly and transport back to our warehouse.

  • Condition: Items must be in "Like New" condition. Items that have been used, stained, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Mattresses and Box Springs (for hygiene reasons).

  • Clearance or "As-Is" Items.

  • Custom or Special Orders.

5. Refunds

Once the item is received back at our warehouse and inspected, your refund (minus applicable restocking and delivery fees) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
